DBA

• Monitoring and ensuring the smooth operation of databases.
• Perform database backups and develop backup strategies.
• Configure and optimize databases for optimal performance.
• Manage database changes and ensure proper change management practices.
• Conduct security checks and implement necessary measures to safeguard databases.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the team regarding database-related issues

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years' experience in DBA
• Experience in managing and operating PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Oracle databases (including RAC)
• SQL and PL/SQL development skills
• Database management skills such as data modeling, indexing, partitioning, backup, and recovery
• Database performance tuning and monitoring capabilities >> essential
• Ability to tune SQL (checking execution plans, analyzing, rewriting, using hints, etc.)
• Experience in database security and access control management

Nice to have:

• Expertise in SQL tuning and optimization (e.g., query analysis, indexing, caching)
• Having development experience
• Having experience in using open source databases and search engines.
• Having experience in database operation in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, etc.)
